Every month we print and warehouse the number of postcards we will mail in a month. Based on past averages, this is 5,000 – 6,000 postcards monthly. We then pull the arrest records and ink jet them directly onto your postcards before delivering them to the BME for delivery. The prices below include: the daily arrest list, printing, machine setup, CASS certification, digital ink jet labels, and postage.

4×6 Mini Postcard Mailer	5×7 Standard Postcard Mailer
The 4×6 mini postcard mailer is an affordable postcard but not highly visible. Due to the lack of space, information is limited. Great for firms with budget constraints.	The 5×7 is a bit larger than the 4×6 allowing you to place more information on your mailer. The 5×7 is the standard postcard for first class bulk rate discounts.

6×9 Over-Sized Mailer	6×11 Mega Mailer
The 6×9 jumbo postcard is the standard bulk rate postcard mailer. It can hold a lot of information and is larger, so the chance of capturing attention increases.	The 6×11 over-sized postcard is the largest postcard you can send through the U.S. Postal Service. There is no chance a prospective client could miss this massive postcard.

We also offer variable data mailing services. This allows you to print the individual’s name and offense directly onto each postcard. Every postcard is customized to each lead. Please contact us for more information regarding variable data mailing.

All addresses and arrests are certified by thorough inspection and all incomplete records are removed

All addresses and arrests are thoroughly inspected and in most cases corrected and included in the list.  We also remove all transient and minor misdemeanors like Open Containers, Affray, and Contempt of Court. We have worked closely with our clients to only include the list of charges that you would like to mail to and also fully correct many errors that other list providers simply delete.
